Siobhan was great. She worked hard to show the house in the best possible light to the largest number of potential buyers and to resolve the kind of frustrating problems that arise with lenders and title companies and lawyers, all of which raised issues with the sale. Nonetheless she persevered and and the closing actually occurred on the originally planned date. She communicated frequently and clearly about progress. Excellent job.
