If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the most incompetent employer I've ever had. They flatly refused to give me *any* training for my position whatsoever. They couldn't even be bothered to explain the scope of my position, or even show me around the building. Vic Ortega is the LEAST capable plant manager I've ever dealt with.
