I WENT AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT AND DECIDED TO GET MY HAIR DONE THERE AGAIN AND I PLAYED MYSELF THEIR STILL TALKING ABOUT CUSTOMERS RIGHT IN YOUR FACE AND FELT STUPID WHEN MY FRIEND TOLD THEM HE UNDERSTOOD WHAT THEY WERE SAYING AND TO STOP THEY DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO DO WHAT I REQUESTED ,THE SHOP WAS DIRTY THEY LITERALLY HAD ROACHES CRAWLING AROUND BOTTOM LINE IS I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I DON’T SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE DOES EITHER !!

Customer service absolutely horrible . I just called to see if they were available to do a few straight backs for a wig . The women who answered the phone’s attitude was nasty and l got yelled at because I wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t have to wait when I got there , the woman also had a strong accent so I couldn’t understand too clearly so I asked again and she continued yelling . I let her know I was no longer coming . I wouldn’t step foot in that shop .

This Place is the worst place to do your hair at Cinthia’s the owner is always taking advantage of people the staff there is very rude ! They give you an appointment so that you could sit their and bring them more customers so they can get their business going ! I had an appointment since 9:30 Saturday They just telling me keep waiting while they take their favorite and they talking bad about customers in languages you don’t even speak right in front of you ! they bully you and call you names !!!! !!
