Don't deserve one star. DISGUSTING place RUDE service I sat there for 13hrs just to get yelled at about the UGLY MESSY braids I got from FATU. Called owner SINTHEA 3:24 to show pics of braids after receiving pics of hair she refused to reply/answer her phone. Called me back next day 9:23 LYING about she was praying really for 18hrs. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Got my hair done Saturday and braids are falling out.

I WENT AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT AND DECIDED TO GET MY HAIR DONE THERE AGAIN AND I PLAYED MYSELF THEIR STILL TALKING ABOUT CUSTOMERS RIGHT IN YOUR FACE AND FELT STUPID WHEN MY FRIEND TOLD THEM HE UNDERSTOOD WHAT THEY WERE SAYING AND TO STOP THEY DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO DO WHAT I REQUESTED ,THE SHOP WAS DIRTY THEY LITERALLY HAD ROACHES CRAWLING AROUND BOTTOM LINE IS I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I DON’T SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE DOES EITHER !!

Customer service absolutely horrible . I just called to see if they were available to do a few straight backs for a wig . The women who answered the phone’s attitude was nasty and l got yelled at because I wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t have to wait when I got there , the woman also had a strong accent so I couldn’t understand too clearly so I asked again and she continued yelling . I let her know I was no longer coming . I wouldn’t step foot in that shop .
