Dr Lam is very caring and attentive to your needs to achieve the best outcome for you.
I came to this practice as my dr moved here and she is fantastic! I drive 30mins to come here and the last few appointments I’ve noticed a decline with the reception staff! They are rude, unhelpful and you almost feel like a burden when waiting to be served. 5 stars for my dr and the nurses however I would rate the reception as 1 star
