Unfortunately this company is not very good. The listings I received were not valid. When I went to the apartment complexes they said the information was outdated and most had no vacancies.
1) Mr. Kipuros/Sinmar Realty has violated multiple aspects of our contract and Arizona Statute. He has failed to provide a reasonable accounting of almost $6500 of unexplained and unsubstantiated "expenses" despite repeated requests for the same and numerous opportunities for a mutual agreeable resolution.
