We stopped in and the staff wasn't friendly in the least. She acted like it was a chore to look anything up for us and as if we were beneath her.
We are absolutely delighted with a wonderful service that we received at sink and spout! We worked with Karen there. She has been incredibly responsive, flexible, and patient with us if we put things together. She has been a great resource of information. We would highly recommend working with sink and spout. Their prices are completely competitive with everything else that we could find and their service is extraordinary!
I worked with Michelle in the Concord store. She was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Karen is wonderful. My wife had a vision of her dream bathroom and Karen helped make it a reality. Like most renovation projects there were some bumps in the road, but her responsiveness and "can do" attitude made everything right. We will definitely visit her again for our next project. Thank you!
