He was great with contracts on the outside, but when he entered my home, his prices escalated with trying to CONVINCE me to have work done WAY OUT OF MY SCOPE. Instead of replacing a vanity and mirror, he wanted to remove my tub and tiled walls and completely reconstruct my tub/shower and even REMOVE the stained glass window in that room and tile over it. A simple job became his $5,800 dream job. I hired him for MANY, EXPENSIVE exterior jobs, which were fine. He is an opportunist, and I will NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN.

Overall a great experience with edmar! A few delays, but nothing out of the ordinary. We were happy with the finished product!

From start to finish, Singular Home Improvement provided top notch service and workmanship. During the estimation phase, Edmar immediately earned my trust by actually listening to me and not trying to sell me on anything I hadn't asked for. Edmar and his team are straight shooters and they care about their work. When Edmar found a couple of barely noticeable gaps in the grout following project completion, he even had his guys come back out to fill in the tiny gaps. Project was well priced and used highly talented professionals. Worked well with changing design decisions and very design savy when architecting the most effective use of space without sacrificing overall look.

Our project included a complete renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms plus new paint, new carpet and refinishing the hardwood floors. We are very impressed with the results. The kitchen and bathrooms exceed our expectations especially the quartz countertops. We really appreciated the weekly progress reports from Edmar (owner) which usually included pictures. The project was completed on time and on budget. We are very pleased and have recommended Singular Home Improvement to friends and co-workers.
