Deb is a nice lady I don't blame her. Rented the gone skiing house on upper cross road. The utility bill was more then double. it cost more to heat that house for the season then it does to heat and cool my home year round. When I was told it would be half that. DO NOT RENT THE GONE SKIING HOUSE!!!!! unless you want to pay almost 5k in utilities Ridiculous for a house that's basically a glorified cottage.
