Not helpful at all. Aren’t willing to do work to take and win a case. All the proof has already been gathered.
After wasting my time for 2 years I was emailed a disengagement letter stating they will not pursue my case. When I tried to find out why, I was told I had to make a phone appointment to speak with a lawyer. The next available appointment was a month away. This firm is full of bs. If anyone actually got help from them, its a miracle.
Terrible, extremely unprofessional. Laughable. I called and the first lady on the phone asks me all these questions. Then she passes me to this guy. He asks me the same questions she asked: name, email phone number. He asks all these other questions like the case number, the officer's names involved blah blah blah. I am on the phone with him for 25 minutes. He puts me on hold while he says he is talking to an attorney. Then he says actually I'll call you back.
