After picking out a vehicle, was told there was some damage that salesman was waiting on the insurance to cover before I could buy it, he assured me as soon as he received it he’d call me to come sign papers and I could come get it. We’ll every week I’d call and get the same nope haven’t heard anything yet, this went on for a month. So i decided to go in person and talk to salesman about what the hold up was, here he sold that vehicle that I not only had my heart set on but lied to me for a month about! Rude phone salesman, does not answer my question about car pricing, he picks up the phone and says, “LIKE I SAID, I’m not the owner,” and just laughs about it. That’s unprofessional behavior. Website says to call them for pricing, and all I get is a “LIKE I SAID, I’m not the owner,” with no car pricing answer. Terrible customer service. This incident happened this morning on Thursday 01/19/2023. Not planning on doing business with them anytime in the future.
