Owner and Chef Kyle Connaughton personally wished me happy birthday prior to my kaiseki dinner at Single Thread. It meant a lot to me and I will remember the warm welcome from the Single Thread Family. Truly enjoyed the Single Thread Restaurant and Inn. Looking forward to visiting the Farm in the future. A Michelin ⭐️⭐️⭐️ farm to table concept. It’s clean, creative, and fresh. From a practical perspective, I would advise having overnight accommodations there or nearby if you’re dining here. Driving back to the Bay Area (SF, East Bay, Penninsula) can be tiring after such a fulfilling meal in the evening :) More so if you have chosen the wine pairing.

An out-of-this-world one-of-a-kind experience. Everything from taste to touch to sound. My brain was enchanted the entire time. The level of service and care provided was remarkable to say the least. The food was SO fresh. The wine paring was unique. I’ll definitely be revisiting!
