I called Gary Singleterry when we had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink. He said he was working at a rental and was only about a half mile away. Two and one half hours later he had not arrived. I called back and he said he was painting and would come when he was done and could not tell me when that would be. Travis did an excellent job and gave us tips on how to prevent other issues. We called in the morning and he came in less than an hour. Singleterry also cost less than our previous plumber.
