I had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice. When I called to inquire about services, the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive. More concerning, the interaction felt prejudiced and unwelcoming, which made me uncomfortable continuing the conversation. A healthcare provider should treat all patients with respect and professionalism, regardless of background. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
