Failed to do what they were hired to do correctly the first time. Threatened to put a lien on our house for not paying an additional $500 for unwarranted work that was never authorized verbally or in writing when they came back to examine their incomplete repair. From the response, you see Singles still does not acknowledge why they were hired in the first place. We wanted a leak fixed. From the initial phone call to the end of both projects, We were very impressed and extremely satisfied with Singles Roofing. Jim and his team did our gazebo roof and front porch roof. They were early, worked efficiently, and were very responsive during both projects! I’ll be using them for all my future roofing projects!
