From the initial phone call to the end of both projects, We were very impressed and extremely satisfied with Singles Roofing. Jim and his team did our gazebo roof and front porch roof. They were early, worked efficiently, and were very responsive during both projects! I’ll be using them for all my future roofing projects!
Failed to do what they were hired to do correctly the first time. Threatened to put a lien on our house for not paying an additional $500 for unwarranted work that was never authorized verbally or in writing when they came back to examine their incomplete repair. From the owners response, you see he still does not understand why he was called in the first place. Also, we never were never told to pay by the state of Illinois so the owner (Jim) is not speaking the truth. We were promised a warranty but never received one.

The new roof of my commercial building was properly and promptly installed. Jim and his Team delivered on all promises and expectations. Professionalism, industry knowledge, and personal attention. I will continue to do business with Single Roofing in the future!!!
