From the seller... deed recorded in morning... agent notified they can pick up their check... morgage payoff has not occurred amd funds have not been transferred.... extremely disconcerning...bits after 500pm.
Unfortunately my husband & I’s experience with this company when buying our house was very bad. Communication was non-existent and it felt as though our funds and purchase was not taken seriously. Whatever AI system they use for their messages was not working properly and important messages we were meant to receive were never sent.
