Stephanie was such a wonderful addition to our bachelorette weekend in Blue Ridge! She led a beautiful and deeply relaxing sound bath (after a Yin class hosted by Soma) that left our whole group feeling calm and refreshed. Stephanie is a true Gift here in the mountains! She offers a series of holistic healing services, from sound healing to vocal toning and more. Her sessions are always so well carried out and I receive incredible benefit every time! She also offers group sessions and teaches group lessons which are utterly amazing. Her property is beautiful, well-kept, and a lovely retreat into nature indeed. I absolutely recommend this healer and her business with my whole heart!
What I love most about Stephanie’s Vocal Toning Class is how accessible it is. You don’t need musical training or a “perfect” voice; the focus is on vibration, breath, and awareness rather than performance. It leaves you feeling centered and refreshed. The class felt less like an exercise and more like a reset for your nervous system. I highly recommended Stephanie’s Vocal Toning Class for anyone looking to deepen their mind-body connection or add a soothing, restorative practice to their routine.
I get Intuitive Healing Experience massages with Stephanie at Singing Waters Nature Retreat. She effectively blends a number of healing modalities together using her experience, training and natural healing giftedness. I benefit greatly from my sessions with her and highly recommend them to anyone who might be looking for either an excellent traditional massage or someone interested in a more expansive healing and balancing experience.
I had a wonderful sound immersion here inside and look forward to when the weather gets cooler and Stephanie does it outside. It fills up quickly so I'm booked in advance. This is something I do to care for myself. It is a relaxing and grounding adventure that goes by really fast!!
