Everyone was very kind and informative at the clinic from the front desk to the medical staff. John Smith NP, was nice and very informative.
Dr. Myers is the best!
Absolutely the worst support staff I have ever dealt with! The lies, the poor communication and lack thereof. It starts with writing down a diagnosis in the chart on the wrong arm. The true kicker was the nurse that just called me and lied through her teeth about every single concern, she accepted no responsibility for not returning calls in a months time to blaming me for not knowing I didn't need prior approval for an MRI. They refuse to schedule any of your procedures for you and they wonder why there's miscommunication! ... read more
I highly recommend NOT seeing Dr letonoff. He's entitled and thinks he's high and mighty just cause he has a PhD. Literally sit there for an hour listening to him take notes about another patient cause he was so loud, I now know everything about that patient from name, birthday, treatment plan, everything. HUGE invasion of privacy. He then decided to come in and proceed to tell me I am not doing good enough with helping my wife's issues due to the fact that I have no truck to get to a doctor he referred to that is about 2-3 ... read more
