“Dr. Letonoff is clearly knowledgeable, but I personally felt the bedside manner could be more attentive. I didn’t feel fully listened to or supported in making decisions about my treatment. For me, this was disappointing, and I chose to look for another provider.” Absolutely the worse staff ever! They refuse to schedule the surgery which is needed! Very rude man! He talks to you as you’re beneath him!
Everyone was very kind and informative at the clinic from the front desk to the medical staff. John Smith NP, was nice and very informative.
Dr. Myers is the best!
Absolutely the worst support staff I have ever dealt with! The lies, the poor communication and lack thereof. It starts with writing down a diagnosis in the chart on the wrong arm. The true kicker was the nurse that just called me and lied through her teeth about every single concern, she accepted no responsibility for not returning calls in a months time to blaming me for not knowing I didn't need prior approval for an MRI. They refuse to schedule any of your procedures for you and they wonder why there's miscommunication! ... read more
