I’ve been trying to see them for three weeks now. Got an ER referral but they don’t take ER referrals, so then my doctor referred me and put urgent and still got nothing and then he referred me again. Referrals have to be viewed by their coordinator and then it has to be approved by their manager but their manager enjoys taking week vacations and if she’s on vacation, everyone’s health gets put on hold. I would not go here. Not only do the staff not care but the neurologists don’t either. They never answer the phone and the policies they have make zero sense. I’d highly suggest going some where else but I’m not sure why I even say that because they aren’t going to get back with you anyways. The nurse practitioner refused to see me for 2 years for a follow-up for my migraines because I could not afford afford a $1200 in-lab sleep study after spending over $200 for a home study that showed nothing. Never answers the phone. Waited in the waiting room for 3 hours before I was able to see Dr. Carey.
Unprofessional I only see the nurse practitioner acting like a doctor and treat me like I own her like a million dollars really rude and then I never see the doctor I pay for the specialist and I only see the nurse what is the difference between the nurse and the doctor
