The receptionist was very nice and got me checked in quickly, so I really appreciated her. However, the communication after being checked in was terrible. I’ve been waiting for about two hours with little to no updates, the lights going off twice on top of sitting there for two hours with nobody communicating had me ready to WALK OUT and staff have walked by multiple times without anyone explaining what’s going on or what the plan is. I needed an appointment, for a health crisis. I was treated very well. I'm thankful for the care, I received and ultimately helping my situation. I saw PA Balius, I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Ty to this clinic for helping me. God bless
