Great service, was helped quickly when we came in and they didn’t take long either! Doctor Pavlov was helpful and explained everything.
Today me and my mother walked in, everything was going really good till we were seen by a nurse practitioner Kayla Bosco, from what I can recall she told my mom she does not have diabetes and my mom said no I do and started naming the same symptoms a diabetic person will have, I said maybe because of the iron. This place is a joke. They will flat out lie to your face and then act like you’re the insane one. Gave me a “prescription” for something I can get over the counter and have already been taking for 2 days. I spent $80 for them to tell me to do what I’m already doing. The front desk ladies are super rude too
For a place that claims to provide primary care, it shouldn't take 4 months to get in to your already established primary care provider. No medications or conditions can be accurately monitored and treated if you can't get in to see your doctor in a reasonable amount of time. 4 months is not a reasonable amount of time. Either stop lying and saying you do primary care or clear up the schedules of your pcps.
