I walked into this Urgent Care today at 5:32. there was one patient or person still in the lobby as I proceeded to walk to the window. Dr. Mandy Gorgi-Mikhail is a very knowledgeable doctor He has done a wonderful job listening to me and getting me the care I needed. I will always have respect for the doctor and recommend him I thank you so much for the surgeon referral. I asked and by that evening I received a call from the surgeon and was able to make an appointment
I love not waiting in the waiting room forever when you have an appointment. These offices are convenient, have many locations, and are always pleasant to deal with.
No lack of urgency for PAYING customers and the worker had time to crack jokes on the phone instead of checking my ID and then looks at the ID and then looks at me and asks if the person in the photo is me when I have to same hairstyle and didn’t wear makeup. Then speaks to me in a condescending tone like I didn’t show respect the whole time. First and last time going to this pathetic “clinic”
