My wife called to verify there was a dr. Still available and explained the situation to the front desk office worker. She gave great details in the regards to why calling. I also made it known the er was a last result. We discussed the age of my child , and the situation. There I was asked could I come in now ? Professional caring and compassionate is exactly what my husband and I received on our first visit as new patient's. Dr. Hand was engaging and the first doctor in my "LIFE" that made me feel calm and relaxed (I'm 53). Nurse Jessica was exceptional and just as pleasant and attentive.
