Why do I have to be on time but you don’t have to see me on time? Appointment is nearly an hour late despite me being here 30 minutes early.

I went there due to constant upper stomach pain and paid them upfront for them to literally just talk to me, no test were run and then they prescribed me several medications without a definite diagnosis! They perceeded to offer me a very expensive exploratory surgery! I’m in terrible pain and have been suffering like this for months. There are several non invasive procedures/ testing that can be done before taking such risk for exploratory surgery, yet nothing was offered..
