Update: So I’ve been going here for 6+ years. Last December I was told I needed a service that they had to authorize with my insurance (of course). I’ve been waiting for them to call me back ever since but that never happened. So I called the office and left a message with NO call back and when I called back AGAIN, I talked to the front office lady from December and she told me my insurance was the hold up and to wait….I waited patiently for a call back from the office and or a letter from my insurance, and it’s now mid Apri... read more
