Jimmy had the first showings at an open house. The following day, I had several offers on my house, both cash and above asking. I closed in 43 days, $22,000 above asking. Several things should be noted. Jimmy was always available. He called me back very quickly and was so patient with my many questions. The house sold quickly and l was very pleased with the process.
