Very poor communication. I sent plans twice and followed up on WhatsApp, and each time was told someone would get back to me “soon” — but no response ever came. If you’re too busy or unable to quote, just let the customer know. A simple, professional update about delays or workload goes a long way. Being left without any response is frustrating and unprofessional.
If you have a small job don't bother. I rang and was told by Gary to send in an email, so I did. But I never got a response.
