Could not leave a 0 star rating so forced to give one star. Office cancelled my appointments twice, the second time morning of scheduled appointment. Waste of patient time! Find another endocrinologist!
I had an appointment as a new patient for this Dr. and it was cancelled. Office never called to reschedule despite my calling twice. I was told on the last call that there are no appointments available. When I asked how to get the records given to them by my previous Endo, I was told they only two pieces of paper, which is not true. According to the staff member I have spoken with several months prior when the appointment was initially, she had a “sheath” of paper…that is a quote! Dr. Singh is very thorough; she listens to her patients and is responsive to their concerns. She chose to pursue a diagnosis of cancer by having another biopsy performed. Thank you, Dr. Singh; because of you, I learned that the nodule was in fact benign, not malignant. I definitely recommend Dr. Singh.
Long-time diabetic and have had several endos over the years. Dr. Singh is the best endo I have ever had treat me. Was having some issues with controlling my glucose this past year. She has closely monitored and worked with me to find an effective treatment strategy that has been successful. Could not be happier with her thoughtful and professional care.
She is the best in my book, and my maladies have required many different physicians to navigate my treatment. I never dread office visits to her; as She and her office group offer professional courtesy and attention. A 5 star M.D.
I have been seeing Dr. Singh for the past 3 years. There has been a lot to address with my health during this period of time. I have, so far, found the office staff, Dr. Singh, and Nurse Practitioner Christina Phelan-Bajana very attentive, efficient, and informative about treatments and concerns. These are very important qualities to have when dealing with people, and their health issues. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for knowledgeable people who deal with specific health problems.
During my first any only visit with Dr. Singh, I found her unprepared, unwilling to listen to my concerns, not interested in my medical or family medical history and extremely condescending. The visit was a complete waste of time and money. She was also obviously unconcerned when I clearly expressed disappointment in her approach to medical care.
Very pleased with office procedures and staff. Treated me with compassion and professionalism. Dr Singh was equally compassionate knowledgeable and treated me as a person not just a number. HIGHLY recommend
She doesn't care about her patients. She cancelled my first appointment. She never showed for the second appointment. She billed Medicare and me as if she had kept our appointment. I continue to receive bills from her. There doesn't seem to be any way to stop her requests for money. I only gave one star because the system will not allow me to give zero stars.
