Equivalent of a slum lord. Rental had to be deep cleaned before moving in. Mud and bugs all over the floor, holes in the walls, food and layers of grease stuck on cabinets and appliances, refrigerator disgusting on inside had no handle, bird nests in the chimney, tall weds in the yard, fence all broken up, wires exposed on the outside of rental.
