Excellent provider. Very thorough
This guy, a gastroenterologist for Kaiser Permanente, is the worst. He doesn't have the listening, communication, oral comprehension or reading comprehension skills to do his job. I find doctors from India to generally be quite competent. The competition is fierce there with many people competing for very few spots. I see little if any competency in Mandeep.
