Extremely unprofessional front desk clerk. I called to get my mother in law an appointment after they attempted to call the incorrect number several times. Finally got a call back after two attempts to reach them. And the administrator just told me bye after I explained to her the situation. I don't condone being spoken to like this and is exactly why I prefer to do business in Frisco because of unprofessional mannerisms such as this.
He brushed off all the symptoms and issues I've had the past several years. Said there's no reason for testing. He was texting on his phone the whole time I was telling him my issues. I left there crying. It was very disappointing, I waited a month to see him and thought he was suppose to try and help me.
