I had a bad ear infection and was afraid of losing my hearing. Dr Singh took the time and helped me get my hearing back. He's old school but he knows what he's doing.
Dr. Singh is the best he understood my concerns and was so nice and empathetic.
Very difficult to get through to office. When I finally got through I was told I would not be able to schedule anything for 3 weeks. I am very dismayed that this is the only otolaryncologist I can seem to get a referral to.
I was waiting for a month for my appointment to show up 15 minutes early and the receptionist says oh I am sorry we're going to have to reschedule. The doctor got called to the hospital for an emergency. I don't understand why they don't call to confirm your appointment or call to tell you that information. I'm disabled and live an hour away. Extremely unprofessional. I'm not even sure I want to reschedule at this point
