a really disappointing experience, especially as a first-time, young mom. at 29 weeks this was my second time seeing her and my priorities are my child and i’s health, not to be stressed out. Terrible terrible experience! Rude and unprofessional. My cousin was treated very poorly! She was disrespected beyond measure, I’m extremely disappointed. She’s at the end of her pregnancy and now has to search for a new OBGYN in her last months of pregnancy. This is ridiculous behaviour, especially towards a pregnant client in their last trimester! I called the clinic before I asked my family physicians to sent them a request because before them 2 other OB clinics sent back they are not expecting new patients. So when I called them they asked when is my duo date and they said OK THEY ARE FREE FOR SEPTEMBER. It was a little more than a month ago. I am 19 weeks now and I have gastrointestinal diabetes.
