So I have been a resident for the past year and about to sign another year lease, community is mediocre at best, people are nice , townhomes need a little attention to detail, office girls nice, maintenance guys are great ( especially lewy but the most awful gross thing I have ever seen is the workout room /gym area! There is so much dirt under machines that im sure something lives there! Terrible customer service. I've contacted them numerous times and I have yet to receive a response from anyone. Would avoid Singh as a whole corporation... whether it's homes, apartments, etc. They obviously only care about money and have no customer values or loyalty.

Overall experience with Singh Builders has been horrible. Customer service is nonexistent. Craftsmanship is a joke. Warranty work is ignored to an extreme. Major incomplete items not needed to obtain certificate of occupancy have been ignored.
