Horrible experience with Singh - Specifically the Site Manager at CiderMill Village. After putting down a deposit, we heard nothing back for 2 weeks. After calling and emailing multiple times, we finally were directed to the Site Manager - who was the opposite of helpful. They have INCREDIBLY limited knowledge and tools available for applicants. So I have been a resident for the past year and about to sign another year lease, community is mediocre at best, people are nice , townhomes need a little attention to detail, office girls nice, maintenance guys are great ( especially lewy but the most awful gross thing I have ever seen is the workout room /gym area! There is so much dirt under machines that im sure something lives there! Terrible customer service. I've contacted them numerous times and I have yet to receive a response from anyone. Would avoid Singh as a whole corporation... whether it's homes, apartments, etc. They obviously only care about money and have no customer values or loyalty.
