I was seriously considering moving into a Singh community, but after visiting and speaking with multiple current residents, I’ve completely changed my mind. Horrible experience with Singh - Specifically the Site Manager at CiderMill Village. After putting down a deposit, we heard nothing back for 2 weeks. After calling and emailing multiple times, we finally were directed to the Site Manager - who was the opposite of helpful. They have INCREDIBLY limited knowledge and tools available for applicants. So I have been a resident for the past year and about to sign another year lease, community is mediocre at best, people are nice , townhomes need a little attention to detail, office girls nice, maintenance guys are great ( especially lewy but the most awful gross thing I have ever seen is the workout room /gym area!
