Great service, always fast and staff very accommodating. Class act at Riverside.. bought my truck there and will not take it any place else for service.
As my parents were about to receive the keys to their new truck, someone in charge (could have been a manager) walked in and started questioning my mothers ability to understand English. It wasn't good enough for him so he took all the paperwork and tore it in half. Completely humiliated and insulted my parents left the dealership. Please have some self respect and go elsewhere. And I'm going to go a little further than this review to get justice.
Well, I bought a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado on October 8 2016 the sales guy was awesome Albert, but the finance manager was just rude through the whole process!! That's only the beginning!!! The truck broke down on November 11 2016!! On month later and without paying my first payment yet, my truck would shut down while at a red light and stop signs trying to get to my destination, mind you they did fix the issue, which was the module controller which is basically the main computer of the truck but really!!?
