We changed doctors after working with this team for only a few months. The lack of bedside manner, the crass attitude, and the unprofessional errors were consistent throughout our experience.
The Front Desk is a disaster, she will ask you what are you here for and when should I schedule you for your next appointment? So be prepared to do your own follow up. Dr. Singer is knowledgeable but you'll be doing your own follow up. If she mentions that you need to come back for a test in your next appointment don't be surprised if you have to bring it up first. I fully agree with all the neg posts about her. Super judgemental, no time for me, condescending, no return calls etc. don't even get me started with the receptionist! I'm 29 weeks and wish I could change doctors but it's hard with Medicaid and I can only deliever at st marks because they have a nicu. Looking for good doc in Slc that accepts Medicaid and will allow me to be induced. Frustrated!
Before seeing her for the 1st time you fill out an extensive medical history online, and it seemed she had read it before coming into the room. However, she rushed through my appointment and I felt unable to ask all of my questions. Do your research! I thought I had and unfortunately this experience last for approximately five months. Longer than it had to if Doctor Singer was willing to listen and help solve the problem instead of attempting to get rid of the patient...something like out of sight out of mind. When a patient says things like: "the bladder and brain are not connected" or "I don't know when I have a full bladder" should be a clear indication that there is something wrong. i scheduled an appointment with Dr. Singer when I found out I was pregnant. I wanted a doctor in Park City rather than going to Salt Lake. My maternal fetal medicine doctor told me not to go to her but I did. I arrived for my appt, on time, and was told to get intoa gown and wait on the table. I was the first appt of the day. Dr. Singer showed up 45 minutes late carrying a cup of Starbucks coffee. She walked in and didn't even apolgize for leaving me on the table for 45 minutes. she has bad bed side manners, she is not polite, very harsh personality and cared more about her hard day than what I had gone through, many people told me to stay away. should have lissoned.
I WISH THERE WERE MORE OF HER! Dr. Singer is professional and extremely competent. She operated on me to remove 21 fibroids after I had a miscarriage. I didn't believe I would ever get pregnant again due to my age and the seriousness of the surgery (as I was told by other doctors). I had my surgery in November and got pregnant again by February. She delivered our beautiful baby boy by C-Section and there were absolutely no complications. We were very blessed by our baby and by finding such a wonderful doctor.
I just thought that people should know that Dr. Stephanie Singer is an angel on earth I absolutely loved being her patient. She was wonderful and helpful! Before her I couldn't get pregnant she worked with me and answered all of our questions and now I am the happy mother of a wonderful two year old boy. If Stephanie would not of moved her practice far away I would still be her patient. I recommend her to anyone if you want a doctor who knows what she is doing Stephanie is for you.
