The sign in the front window said OPEN Dec.,2, Tuesday and so I carried my almost new SINGER in to have repaired, in a blinding rain storm, and guess what? It was closed. They said 9:00 a.m., I was there 10:15 a.m. I should have called first. Be warned.
Took my machine in to get serviced cause it was making a weird noise and not working properly. When I got it back it was in the same condition I gave it to them in.
BEWARE...... I brought my sewing machine in for gear repairs in May of 2023, I was told it would be a long time before the repairs could be done, I was aware that they needed to take out one gear at a time and order them as they went. I was fine with that as it was a sentimental gift to me many years prior, no longer my "workhorse." I called he store a few months later to check on the progress, I was told they were still waiting on gears.
