The sign in the front window said OPEN Dec.,2, Tuesday and so I carried my almost new SINGER in to have repaired, in a blinding rain storm, and guess what? It was closed. They said 9:00 a.m., I was there 10:15 a.m. I should have called first. Be warned.

Took my machine in to get serviced cause it was making a weird noise and not working properly. When I got it back it was in the same condition I gave it to them in.

BEWARE...... I brought my sewing machine in for gear repairs in May of 2023, I was told it would be a long time before the repairs could be done, I was aware that they needed to take out one gear at a time and order them as they went. I was fine with that as it was a sentimental gift to me many years prior, no longer my "workhorse." I called he store a few months later to check on the progress, I was told they were still waiting on gears. My daughter was interested in sewing and stopped by the store with a friend. She said there were two kind women who spoke with them, gave them samples of fabrics and lace and just made her feel so welcome. She was asked to being her creation to the store when she was done. Now my daughter spent the day making her stuffed animal, excited to show her results to the two kind women at the store! Thank you for taking the time to speak with her and help.
