I have been forgotten, stood up, and now ignored. I have been fighting to get a repair done for eight weeks now. The first contact they failed to order the part. I was forgotten. The part was ordered the work was scheduled and I was stood up. No one came to install. My third attempt last Monday led nowhere. I have now been ignored. I will not recommend this company to anyone at anytime for any reason.
I went with Singer Kitchens because my family had used them in the past. They were extremely professional, reliable, and customer service focused. We had a big project and their team kept the line of communication open working around my busy schedule. I would strongly recommend Singer Kitchens because their designers listened to what I wanted but also made recommendations that I feel increased the value of my home.
We LOVE our new kitchen from Singer Kitchens. They did a great job helping us figure out what we wanted. My wife had been wanting a new kitchen for many years and we thought we couldn't afford one, but it was much more affordable than we thought. Excellent kitchen work is what we got from Singer. The selection of cabinets was huge. Vincent in the Carrollton store was incredibly knowledgeable as he lead us through the process from beginning to end. The installers were great, they worked quickly and cleaned up before they left. Our whole family is soooo pleased at how the kitchen turned out. We'd recommend Singer Kitchens to anyone!
