This review is on professionalism and service, not the surgery itself. Got here early for my LASIK appointment. Did 5 min of pre-op tests and was sat down. 1-2 other people in line before me. Now been sitting for 2 hours doing nothing but watching other patients come in, have surgery and leave. After getting someone’s attention, I had to ask if they forgot me. I've had Dr. Singer perform my lasik twice now. Once 10 years ago and once 10 months ago, both times were 100% perfect!
Had Lasik back in November 2019, best decision ever made. Dr Singer has his staff were amazing, you would be hard pressed to find anyone in the city with their experience and they also have the best laser , based upon my research.
My experience couldn’t have been better. They were able to get me in quickly for a consultation and once it was confirmed that I was able to get LASIK, I was able to go in within 3 days to have it done. Dr. Singer explained everything as we went to help with the nerves of a surgery that I didn’t know what to expect. Recovery was only about a day and I was seeing better in less than 24 hours.
