Singer properties is an excellent management . I enjoyed my house rental. It was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a minor problem with the air conditioner and it was fixed that night. Highly recommend.
I really appreciate Cindy Singer properties. They are very nice businesses and helpful. Cindy always take care of the problem I have and notify me on any updates of the property that I’m in. I like how Doug always answers the phone and when he can’t. He’ll still leave a text message back. I like how he is straight to handling and solving a problem I have sometimes in the properties that I live in. I really do appreciate them. They are very professional and friendly local businesses.
Worst property management in bullhead i would not recommend them !
Cindy has been truly a blessing to our family. Very professional and kind. We were treated as individuals with specific needs and considerations. We will definitely use them again and without a doubt refer them to everyone we come in contact with.
Best property management!! I’ve been renting from Cindy at Singer & Co. Properties for just shy of 3 years, and it has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve rarely had minor household issues, and I was able to call Cindy any day (including weekends) which I greatly appreciated, and she had someone on the phone to fix it that same day!
