Myself and one other randomly do work for Dan; all different jobs, whether it's siding, roofs, or taking down walls etc. He's very caring, punctual, and appreciative. He's always letting any of the workers know how grateful he is for everything we/they do. Im 42, but I've had many encounters with him since meeting him at Shaws Restaurant in my teen years. I have worked with Dan for over 2 years housing veterans with him. He is a great landlord. His apartments are clean and some of the best in town. He also keeps them affordable, which we appreciate. He has been a great partner with our organization, and we value his commitment to providing safe, clean and affordable apartments to our veterans. Highly recommend.
If these people call you just hang up they still price homes like it's 3 years ago. Stuck in old ways shouldn't be allowed to have a license.
