I have worked with Dan for over 2 years housing veterans with him. He is a great landlord. His apartments are clean and some of the best in town. He also keeps them affordable, which we appreciate. He has been a great partner with our organization, and we value his commitment to providing safe, clean and affordable apartments to our veterans. Highly recommend.
If these people call you just hang up they still price homes like it's 3 years ago. Stuck in old ways shouldn't be allowed to have a license.
When my appraisal came in over $100,000 less than what was expected, I contacted this company to try to understand why. Well they didn’t have the square footage calculated properly, instead of almost 2700 sqft they had it at 2300 and something sqft. so comparable comps were not pulled. The land value was calculated as if it wasn’t already split in separate parcels, when it is.
