They installed a heat pump unit in 2010 - good work. I left them in 2011 due to the most unprofessional office customer service I have experienced. The gentleman, Greg, would raise his voice, share his attitude, and hang up on me - more than once; I was an annual contracted customer as well and professional. Fast forward to 2024, I received an estimate from Sines and Sons and one other company for an indoor coil replacement. Sines and Sons was $500 less expensive for the repair.
