Updating my review based on the owner's response. I submitted customer feedback via the salon’s webform to handle it privately, but I never received a response. Sine Qua Non had been on my radar for a while, thanks to a Chicago-based influencer that I follow and I'm so glad I finally pulled the trigger! I had a great experience from the moment I walked into the salon, my relaxing hair wash, and expert cut. Lisa Barber was my stylist and she did a phenomenal job. Clean salon, cruelty free products, and friendly staff and stylists- Sine Qua Non has it all! After years of searching for the right fit in Chicago, I came in for a cut with Monet and was amazed! I have TONS of sensory issues and they were incredibly communicative through the whole process. I felt affirmed and listened to the whole time and I am absolutely thrilled with my cut!
