I used to go to this restaurant twice a month. I was fooled by their WhatsApp Ganesha Chauthuruthi offerings. The Mothagam is below average in taste and Kaara Pidi Kozukattai is just a regular uppuma-shaped elliptical. And their recent pricing has become the highest in the world. They didn't give the receipt for their billing. They don't clean the tables and don't give us any napkins so we can clean ourselves. I just compared their items with regular desi restaurants. I have no idea how this place exists. Food, service, pricing, options and taste are all terrible. . I ordered and waited for 50 mins. They said 10 mins it will be ready. Food is very expensive and oily. They don't run AC and it was suffocating. They just run a fan even when it's 110 degrees outside. Visited this spot on a referral while hunting for good Indian sweets and snacks. Overall, the experience was strictly middle-of-the-road—neither bad nor particularly memorable. A few items were reasonably fresh and hit the spot, but others lacked the distinct flavor, rich texture, and aroma you look for in quality traditional sweets and savories. All good except the size/ portion. We bought fish and chicken plates excepting full meals. Tasty fish curry, but, there was almost no fish in that. I was wondering how did the fish cutter managed to cut that. And how salad goes with fish and chicken? There is no veg curry. For $16 it’s not worth. You need to improve menu and size. Customer satisfaction is the foundation of any business success. I am a google review reputed critic!
