The receptionists are very rude and never try to help when you call. I asked to let me talk to the supervisor or manager and they transferred me to another receptionist, so I said you are not the supervisor you are another receptionist and she said you are being disrespectful and hung up on me. They supposed to help the customers, no do what is best and easier for them. Dr Philip is the absolute BEST pediatrician my children has ever had. She is super personable, knowledgeable, caring and friendly! My children and I are so comfortable with Dr Philip and that puts me at ease knowing they are in good hands.
