What a terrible experience I have had with their “jeweller”. On my mothers recommendation I had both my Rolex and Cartier watches serviced and cleaned by him. When I received them back after weeks and weeks, I could barely tell they were serviced at all. I even wonder if certain authentic pieces were switched out..
