Man, Sinbad’s in Frisco was awesome! I’ve been on a smashburger kick lately — even made a few at home — but these guys took it to another level. My burger was superbly done, perfectly seared at the edges, juicy in the middle, and packed with flavor. Fresh ingredients, friendly service, very clean. I had the mushroom burger. The sauteed mushrooms were delicious. The onion rings were great. They use an aromatic spice blend that is different from American style burgers, but it's really tasty. Just know that if you're expecting a typical salt and pepper burger patty, this will be different. Also, it's almost hidden in the courtyard behind Cotton Patch, so you may not see it right away.
