Not happy with how this branch handled my order. I went up the road to emco. And had no issue.
I am very disappointed in the service from this company, I am without a furnace currently due to a faulty fan limit switch, after doing my own research and being told that this company had the part in stock, I called them. they would sell me the part due to me not being a wholesale dealer. first off, I live out in the country, to get any service is damn near impossible, so doing my own repairs is a necessity, now I understand that you won't sell retail. but when it's -30 and a guy has no heat, come on really. so I ordered fr... read more
