Charged full price to see dentist even though son and I only saw hygenist (apparently Dr Alvis who we had appointment with left early.) When called back to question again why we didnt even see dentist & we were offered no reimbursement or make-up appointment at later date with dentist. Very disappointing.
Dr.Alvis is a great dentist and a wonderful and caring person.The staff are as awesome as she is. I highly recommend this office.
