I scheduled an HVAC service with Sinclair, but no one ever showed up. When I called to check, the call was disconnected and I never got a follow up. Really disappointing experience, especially from a company with so many good reviews. Reliability matters, and they dropped the ball here.
After making an online appointment, shortly I received a call stating that they are not servicing new customers. Really!
