I went in last year for a car service, and the man checking me in made racist comments about my name. It’s unacceptable, and they should not be in customer service if they don’t respect their customers. Before the owner starts scrambling that I was never there, there is a room where you check in after going up a few steps, behind the red writing on the front window, and he was sitting by the computer. That’s where it happened. It pains me to write this unfortunately. Using a pen name to protect myself from more insults.
I got a screw in my tire on highway heading to NY. Three places couldn’t patch my tire until next day. A Clinton NJ NAPA employee told me to go to the Sinclair garage. I was in and out in minutes. Very friendly and decent folks. Seth Kolodny
