New AI system sucks..you need a better IT company..... Ivy is the worst AI ever If you need help let me know
"A.I." Ivy is the worst. We use to be able to call, talk to a real person and order a pizza. Now we have to drive there, order, wait 20 minutes because "Ivy" is broken... Why would you get a subpar call attendant? Business will go down because of this.
All I do is get fuel here. Most of the time the windshield washing station is okay, but sometimes the cleaning water is rank and the squeegee is worn-out. Occasionally the trash can is overflowing. There was a diesel spill at the pump that needed to be cleaned up with floor dry. I think the quality of the fuel is fine, and I like using the Dino app so I can get a discounted price.
Every time we go here for coffee and the girl with pink hair is working there is never any made! It's 8am on Saturday and there's nothing made. Last time she told my boyfriend she wasn't making anything because she was the only one there. Isn't that your job??
